Jessica visited our home on several occasions to help us get it ready by making a few changes that she suggested - like upgraded countertops and changing some wall colors. These were very simple and relatively inexpensive changes that made a world of difference! Our house was listed and sold and conditions removed all within just a few days. We had multiple offers that started at our asking price and went up from there. My husband and I hired Jessica to sell our home after having it previously listed with a different realtor. Our house had sat on the market for three months with very little interest. We credit our quick sale to Jessica's advice. She has an eye for interior decorating. Hiring Jessica LeBreton was the one thing we did right!
