★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prefer to do my own work on my vehicles but when I do have to bring something into a shop I have always gone to Walt's. The people are honest and friendly, the service is top notch and their shop rate is reasonable.
I dropped my truck off at 2pm on Friday afternoon because I lost my brakes. I figured it was a wheel cylinder or blown line and didn't think the shop would even have a chance to look at it until the following week. 4:30 rolls around and I get a call saying that my truck was ready (it was a wheel cylinder)! I didn't have a way to get to the shop before they closed for the weekend so they actually sent someone to pick me up and home and bring me to the shop.
Highly recommend!

Estimates are always reasonable and affordable (for the problem) and completed in a timely manner.
On a good, better, best scale... BEST!!!

Although it disappeared suddenly as well, Jeff was incredibly thorough and drove it around the block with me while explaining what he saw. He was also kind enough to not charge me for his time even though I tried. Wonderful experience, hope they do well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had excellent customer service. They got me in and out within days which i appreciated as my car's issue was an emergency and my only means of transportation. They even went as far as to give me a ride home and back to pick up my car because i could not find a ride.
I was very happy with the repairs. Not only did Jeff do the repairs quoted to me, he also checked my tie rods and noticed they needed to be replaced. I was glad he noticed, so i am booking an appointment for next week.
I feel very confident going back to Walt's as i did last year to replace an oil pan gasket. Top notch service!
