★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought last set of tires and rims there. The car tracks very well and I've never had any issues. Great service, I also get oil changes and other car services done here. They're always very helpful and thier prices are very competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my vehicle here to get 2 new tires put on. They put one of the tires on the wrong way, left our lugnut key on the lugnut, didn't give our bag back for our lugnut key, put the spare tire back wrong and caused us to almost wreck it if it wasn't for someone seeing it and took stuff out of our van to use and didn't put it back in the original spot.
Absolutely disgraceful service.
Edit: Shaun contacted me and fixed the issue very professionally.

I bought my winter tires here and I get air added to my tires every once in awhile. No matter how short or long the visit, it has always been pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, waiting around in a filthy waiting area for an hour for a winter tire change over. They didn't even check the tire pressure, 1 tire only had 20 pounds of pressure. Went by yesterday for a pressure check and retorque waited for another half hour then left without service. Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have gone to kal tire a few times now. Always curteous. Always have fit us in when we've been in a tight spot with something unexpected like a tire going flat. Their area is clean and they have a comfy sitting area. Prices are incredibly reasonable. We've gone to other places and have had issues with professionalism. No complaints with Kal tire!
