The other automotive stores never have what I need, then I have to pre-pay for my parts and wait a day or two for the parts to come in and make that extra trip into St. Paul to pick it up. That is why I will always deal with Napa Auto Parts in St. Paul!!!

I was in line, called up to the counter for service, order taken, clerk had to go to the back to grab my order, while waiting I walked over picked up a wrench set, came back to spot on counter to find a different clerk deleted my order and started entering his. Well....... what about me. He just cut in front of me. No explaining, no apology, nothing. Very rude. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.
