★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 2008 Honda Ridgeline into Integra this afternoon for a Tune up, oil change in the Transmission and Transfer Case. I found all the staff to be very courteous, cheerful and helpful. They took the time to fully answer all the questions and concerns I had even though I am a woman and not mechanically inclined! Devon, who worked on my truck, is a Certified Honda Technician and came out and spoke to me personally about my truck. My son took my truck out for a drive when I got home and he said it runs like it is brand new again! The cost was very reasonable and I would certainly recommend Integra to my family and friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to get an old spare fixed as it needed a valve stem but they would not fix it as it had some minor weather checks in the tread, nothing major and nothing I haven't seen before in 50 years of driving. She recited some ohs thing and walked away. So after all these decades I will now buy my tires and get my other work someplace different I strive to buy local and have probably spent over 20 grand at integra since it was trimbles. Their loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blew a tire in Fernie on my boat trailer, although it was lunch one of their techs brought a Jack and took the tires into the shop and brought two new tires in less than half an hour, had me out on the lake same day with a brand new set of tires on their lunch break. The pass shop has done all my work so far on my truck from tires to glow plugs and the service is fantastic. Knowing I can call at anytime and have backup from both shops is a great sense of security!
