โ โ โ โ โ Let me tell you my nightmare for last 9 months with Mr Walsh and his team. We purchased the company and itโs assets 9 months ago, let me say one more time IT WAS 9 MONTHS AGO. do not want to complain about closing date which he postponed 3 time even though that was a cash purchase without any mortgage or loan.I want to surprise you that we still do not have company name. The company resolved by sellers lawyer and since then we calling Mr Walsh to assign company to us and he promises he will finish it by end of today and end of today never happens. I found them by google search and got fooled by google reviews, I just write this review to explain my experience.

โ โ โ โ โ We dealt with James Walsh recently for a relatively simple case. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience: lack of response from him, delays and multiple errors. Even after we provided feedback he would come back with more errors.
I would never recommend James Walsh to anyone and I regret that I wasted my money on him. We now have to find another lawyer to pick up the pieces from this mess...
