โ โ โ โ โ Food variety is pretty reasonable for a local health food store. Prices can be pretty high for some brands, but you can get good deals if you look around. I got a delicious oatmeal cranberry cookie as well as a daiya new york cheezecake. However, the VeganEgg was 10.99 for 12 servings which is somewhat upsetting. Staff were helpful and friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ A treat to visit every time. Everything under the sun that you could want for a healthy lifestyle and home options. One stop for all my needs. A special place of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, fish, meats and dry goods along with cleaning items, toiletries and makeup plus vitamins...and so much more for the entire family up to and including diapers. Prices are fair and reasonable. Always well stocked. Many brands to choose from. Deli, juice bar and hot meals and more importantly, they have staff who are helpful and friendly. Spacious and easy to get around. They take precautions to keep us safe at entry.

โ โ โ โ โ Lots of people in this store without masks. I asked two employees if that was allowed and they said yes. So I guess the management doesn't care that there's a provincial mandate. I wonder if they stick to food regulations laid out by the province or ignore them too. Won't go back there!

โ โ โ โ โ Went to buy fresh milk from this store. The store people were very rude and did want to answer any questions I had. I asked them if they carried this particular brand for Milk and they simply said go check yourself in the shelf. Upon finding the brand I asked them how frequently do you get deliveries of the milk (from a specific farm) and they showed complete indifference and said we donโt know. Whatever happened to listening to your customers - it appears that they didnโt simply care. 0/5 on customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Store has everything you could desire. Staff are more interested in talking to each other than giving the customer assistance in locating products. The grocery aisles are very narrow (no social distancing).
I will return because Nature's Emporium has products I have trouble purchasing elsewhere.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude employees. Not helpful. Went with my mother to help her find some makeup. The staff did not offer to assist us, they stayed in a group talking amongst each other. When my mother asked for help with her makeup selection, the staff member said โwell maybe you should take off your maskโ. Iโd also like to mention these werenโt teen employees, these were grown adults who should know better.
I have been to this location multiple times, never left a review before even though this attitude is quite consistent with this location. I suggest management work on improving their staff members customer service skills. Definitely not returning.

โ โ โ โ โ I love shopping here... there is a great selection of products including fresh produce, meats and cheeses. The supplement department is large and the staff are very knowledgeable. Some staff are better than others and some of the prices are a little high... otherwise I would give 5 stars. Definitely recommended though.

But Iโd say this is my least favourite location. I just donโt feel welcome here as much as at new market or west Vaughan location; I understand that the cashiers and other employees are having hard time now but,,, Iโd rather drive extra 20 min to another location just so I can avoid such poor attitude - it really ruins my day.
New market location has a wonderful staff and great attitude towards its customers! Iโll make sure to go there as much as I can until this location staffโs attitude changes for the better. Thank you.
