L	L Bar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping on Sunday evening (January 2) around 7:30 pm in the Dairy section of the store where two male employees were talking very loudly about how much they hated their jobs at Walmart. Not only were they loud about what a horrible job it was, but they were using strong, distastful language about the management. I finally told them that there were customers on the floor, and asked why they thought that their language was appropriate for the floor?!! I told a cashier about the incident, and she told me to find a manager which I didn't because it's been a long time since I've seen a manager on the floor, and I felt that the cashier should have paged one for me, but she didn't seem too overly concerned about my experience. My husband was shopping there a few days later, and had an issue with an older lady who was working in the cart area. This is not the first, or second time where ignorance has been expressed in this store, but along with bare shelves, and merchandise all over the place, our shopping experience has turned us away from this place. I'd rather shop somewhere else and pay a little more, and be valued as a customer, then roll the dice with this place!! I understand that we're still in this Pandemic, and I appreciate the hard working people who work in the public, but that doesn't mean that they get a free pass to be rude!
R	Riv Bangert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trenton Walmart was a nice addition to the City of Quinte West. Ample parking, online pick-ups, excellent Customer Service and a diverse selection of products and food products make it my go-to-store, especially late in the evening. Late hours are awesome. The other major grocery stores in town close hours earlier. I cannot give it a 5, as the prices are on average, higher than their competitors, but they do have some good deal from time to time, but know your prices before buying.

When i asked her what was wrong ... she pointed to a Google card stivking out of my purse in plain site. She asked where i got it and if i had scanned it...i politely showed her on the screen where i did. And when i reminded her that its Worthless unless you scan it...she turned away. Not impressed !

T	T Lacombe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its Walmart. Smoke and mirrors on Pricing. They had a line up to use half of the available self checkouts !?! Did half of the checkouts call in sick? At least the self checkout didn't yell at me let us know how "we" did today.

I took my glasses in to have the lenses replaced and was told that they are scratch resistant not scratch proof.. told me that I scratched them with an object and it’s not a manufacturer defect .. which is not true at all .. as I require my glasses for everyday use . I do not appreciate the words of endearment or being referred to as “darling” I’ll never buy glasses from Walmart again .. and I’ve contacted the manager about my experience
