R	ReXx Effects on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good all around shopping experience... they had everything I needed, prices were great, hard time finding staff when I had questions, but I guess these days that's just assumed at big box retail, quick trip to pick up some totes ... all in all got what I wanted and didn't have to waste a whole day ... would recommend for all your all-in-one shopping trip needs ...
T	Teresa Enright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Walmart in central Ontario I've visited. Very good variety considering its a smaller store. Very friendly staff and cleaner than most Walmarts. Comparable to Midland Walmart in size and location, yet Bracebridge much cleaner n friendlier.
L	Lynn Duncan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had I written this review 2 years ago, I likely would have said 5 stars. In the last couple of weeks I have gone from irritated to complete anger. If I want to bag my own groceries there are specific stores for that purpose. I don't shop at those for exactly that reason, I pay a lot of money for groceries (average bill is $250/week) and I am 71 years of age. I do not want to bag my groceries. Pre-covid, the cashiers happily bagged everyone's groceries whether in store bags or your own. I have always brought my own bags with never an issue. I will not return to this location. I was not only left to bag all of my own groceries, but my concerns were met with sarcasm in the words of "oh, don't ask for help, she (the cashier) might help you". Totally unacceptable. I am a very reasonable person. I followed all of the rules for Covid and appreciated the efforts that were being made by the cashiers. (I didn't bring my own bags during the last 2 years and took the plastic as requested, no problem) Now, I am to do the bagging job of the cashier....she gets paid, I do not, she stands and watches while I bag my groceries (a line of people waiting). I will not be returning to the Bracebridge Walmart. Sadly, I will take my business elsewhere. btw......I know that other stores; Independent, Sobeys, Foodland are bagging groceries for their customers.
