S	S H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walmart is a good store. Prices of merchandise are quite affordable. The staff is usually quite friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite stores. Its online shopping department is not that great. It can be very slow and frustrating if you try to order stuff online with Walmart.

She creeps up on customers looking through clothing and tells them to place it back properly, as if customers are creating trouble for her, and when asked the price of a product because it has no price tag, she said “look with your eyes, it should be on it. When showed it’s not, she said “that’s why we have bar code scanners. Use them” Extremely rude encounter. I felt like she wanted me out of there. I never felt intimidated/scared from a staff here before. Everything else in the store is fine, she ruined my Walmart experience.
A	A Person on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has been around for a long time. It's been going downhill for a while. As a matter of fact, the whole mall has been going downhill...due to the neighborhood or clientele? I like this store because of the convenient location, free parking, large selection and variety of goods. Many of the department staff are friendly and helpful. The cashiers and Customer Services staff are questionable... wasn't always like this. Before COVID, I see many customers opening packages, including food and sampling. They put their hands into the bulk food bins and grab handful of food and walk away eating. Some take frozen and refrigerated foods and purposely leave them in dry goods isles. They scan items at self-checkouts and walk away without paying. Nothing has changed since COVID, but just more different problems. I can understand frustration of staff but don't take it out on the rest of us who did nothing wrong but shop here. There's obviously staff shortage and poor management problems here. I'm a customer and it's not my job to fix your problems.

I went there a week ago and informed one of the employee that the California Dates were expired, and asked him to remove it off the shelf. The dates are still not removed, and they have been expired since September 2021.
E	Erin J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the cashier and head cashier were wonderful. I really appreciated them and their customer service... if it was based on them it would be 5 stars. The store staff was terrible though. Take customers to the isle or if you're helping someone else tell the customer that and say the isle number. I spent over 2 hours in the store. 45 minutes was trying to print pictures... and 45 minutes was trying to find an actual cashier because self checkout doesn't work when most of your purchase is heavy and big... I went to all 4 checkout spots only to find out that there was only 1 spot with only 2 physical cashiers. I have over 20 years experience and I know everyone has a bad day... I've also never seen so many staff members roll their eyes. I spoke to a man at the front end and he was very understanding and I really appreciated his response. I really honestly hope this improves.
