J	Jean-Guy Larocque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'appelle pour savoir s'il vendent des cathéters externes pour hommes. Une fille me répond et, après quelques explications, elle me dit qu'elle va aller. Puis j'attends, j'attends... puis une autre fille, qui parle difficilement français me demande si j'ai été servi? Je réponds qu'une autre est allée voir pour un item. Elle me demande "Quel item?" Je répète. Elle me demande comment ça s'écrit? Je lui épèle cathéter, et je lui mentionne que ça s'appelle aussi "condom urinaire". Elle me mentionne de passer à la pharmacie pour voir... Je commente "Votre téléphone sert à quoi?". Elle répond "Nous avons". Je demande "Vous avez quoi?". "Ce que vous cherchez" N'étant pas sûr qu'on s'est compris je demande "Je cherche quoi?" "Un condom. Nous avons." Je mentionne que je ne cherche pas "un condom" mais "Un condom urinaire" ou "Cathéter". Elle répond "Je ne sais pas ce que c'est." "Bon: pourrais-je parker au pharmacien S.V.P.?" "Avez-vous un compte ici?". "Non. J'appelle des pharmacie pour savoir si elles ont un cathéter externe : je n'ai pas un comp^te dans toutes ces pharmacies". "Un instant. Je vais demander au pharmacien". J'attends... puis la ligne est fermée... Click. Hhhmmmmm. I'm calling to find out if they sell men's external catheters. A girl answers me and, after some explanations, she tells me that she will go. Then I wait, I wait ... then another girl, who speaks French with difficulty, asks me if I have been served? I answer that another went to see for an item. She asks me "What item?" I repeat. She asks me how it is written? I spell catheter, and I mention that it is also called "urinary condom". She tells me to go to the pharmacy to see ... I comment "Your phone is for what?" She answers "We have". I ask, "What do you have?" "What are you looking for?" Not sure we understood each other, I ask, "What am I looking for?" "A condom, we have." I mention that I am not looking for "a condom" but "a condom urinary" or "catheter". She answers "I do not know what it is." "Okay, could I parker the pharmacist S.V.P.?" "Do you have an account here?" "No. I call pharmacy to find out if they have an external catheter: I do not have a counter in all these pharmacies". "Just a moment, I'll ask the pharmacist." I wait ... then the line is closed ... Click. Hhhmmmmm.

They didn't want to take my insurance for a prescription that I had because apparently the product was found on the shelf (which it isn't). I had to go through the insurance company to get my refund. Different day I try and return ear drops thing because when I opened the package it was broken. They say we can't take it back because it's open. Well yeah of course it's open I was planning on using it until I couldn't since it was broken in the package. Anyways will never be going back there. Terrible experiences.

He is truly the most kindest, caring , professional, and helpful medical professionals I have ever met. He has helped both my mother and I for many years through all her very serious health issues and she would trust no one but him. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and he always is ready to listen and answer any questions we may have had , and he genuinely cares about the health and well-being of his patients, more so than several doctors I have met. If you are looking for a pharmacist that treats you as family yet professional , is detail oriented, timely, and just all around fantastic. I would look no further than Walid Homsy.
