★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quelle mauvaise expérience. J’ai appelé ce matin pour avoir une livraison du planché car mon père est malade et avait besoin de thé. La commis avait une attitude durant toute l’appelle. Quand j’ai demandé combien de thé il y a par boîte et m’a répondu avec un ton agacé « ahh bah ça je le sais pas madame » suite à ça je voulais commander un autre thé en plus, j’ai répété le nom plusieurs fois et je l’ai même épelé pour elle. Avec attitude elle m’a répondu qu’elle me comprenait pas. Dernière chose quand j’ai demandé si le livreur avait une machine pour payer par carte elle m’a dit encore une fois agacée « madame j’ai pas ces informations, je ne sais pas » quelle genre de service est ceci? Une heure après avoir placé la commande j’ai reçu une appelle pour me dire quils livrent pas à deux montagnes et je devrais appeler la pharmacie ici car c’est trop loin. UNE HEURE APRÈS. La pharmacie est a 2.7 km de chez moi. En tant que technicienne de laboratoire moi même je comprends très bien le fonctionnement d’une pharmacie et ce service était épouvantable. Je ne laisse jamais des commentaires, mais en tant que pharmacie qui vient juste d’ouvrir, le service à la clientèle devrait être une priorité.
 What a bad experience. I called this morning to have a delivery of the board because my father is sick and needed tea. The clerk had an attitude throughout the call. When I asked how much tea there is per box and was answered with an annoyed tone "ahh well that I don't know ma'am" after that I wanted to order another tea in addition, I repeated the name several times and I even spelled it for her. With attitude she replied that she did not understand me. Last thing when I asked if the delivery man had a machine to pay by card she told me again annoyed "madam I don't have this information, I don't know" what kind of service is this? An hour after placing the order I received a call telling me that they don't deliver to two mountains and I should call the pharmacy here because it's too far. AN HOUR AFTER. The pharmacy is 2.7 km from my house. As a lab technician myself I understand very well how a pharmacy works and this service was appalling. I never leave reviews, but as a pharmacy that just opened, customer service should be a priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best Jean coutu out there compared to others, they don't have any fleece blankets like all the others, they only speak French (which I don't mind but come on) Oh! And the worst thing of all .. the security "guards" follow you around so obviously it makes me feel uncomfortable, I'm 32 years old I don't need to be harassed in a store especially since I always buy alot of stuff when I'm there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Jean Coutu out there. Never had so many problems in my life. The pharmacist doesn’t care about helping anyone, especially when it’s their own mistakes. Been a client there for years they still never have my prescription in stock - one that I take every single month on the dot which cannot be missed. They mess up my hormones sending me into the hospital on Christmas. Run me up a bill by never having generics or sending me to other Jean coutu’s (by taxi since I don’t have a car) who ALSO DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK. Avoid at all costs
I’m 26 years old and been on meds my whole life. Never in my entire life had problems with any other pharmacy.
This specific Jean Coutu is complete trash.
