★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Consistently long waits, don't have my prescription at the time they say they will. They are also very ignorant to privacy where a customer asked the pharmacist to keep his voice down. Terrible across the board. They do not care about customers. Atleast they're cheaper than most places ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The telephone prescription refill seems to be convenient but they never check it until you tell them. Then you have to wait 20 to 30 min. Sometimes they forgot and you could wait more than one hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not like the pharmacists here either they are very rude and think they are better then me! Once I needed a prescription which I actually got at another located but the guy said they don't stock it there anymore because nobody needs it anymore. I was thinking maybe he said this because I looked younger then I am because the next day my older friend went in and tried getting the same thing and they gave it to her no problem. I find them very disrespectful. And they say oh its ready and then ask for my name and then go oh yours isnt ready yet. I would change but they are cheap there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These pharmacy techs are rude. I have a full time career with good benefits, with no mal intent. They treat me as though I'm a criminal about an inhaler I need to breathe. I've never had someone be helpful, just rude and judgmental. You're there to give us the medicine we have a right to in this country, not act like you're better than us or like we're doing something wrong. Theyve made mistakes on my prescriptions, and are completely incompetent. I've been going here for 4 months hoping something would change and now because it's so close to my house and now I'm just so done with their lack of respect towards me as a customer. Someone needs to knock these medical people down a peg so they realize they're human and stop treating all of us that are trying to get help like we're stupid and insignificant. They're supposed to be helping us heal not treating us like liars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude.. Does not know how to talk with children. Me and my wife got our flue shot today afternoon. But but my daughter couldn't take the shot.. The person giving the shot didn't know how to handle children. We were trying to convince my child. In less than 2 minutes, he kept saying "we don't have all day" and left the room.
Edit- Went to other pharmacy and my daughter got the flue shot in 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but positive experiences with the pharmacy team at the Harbour Landing Walmart. Like every pharmacy, there can be wait times. However, it has always been handled professionally and in a timely matter. The pharmacists and team are kind, professional, and helpful.
