β β β β β I just spent about 5 -10 minutes in line, but it was because the staff were talking with an older gentleman, who had a lot of questions. They showed a lot of kindness and patience, just the way I would want my parents to be treated.
When I got to the front of the line, I was also treated with kindness, even though I know they were quite busy.

β β β β β I put in a refill request yesterday at 1000am. I was just advised that it was not quite ready...actually they didn't even start it...come back in 30 minutes (with over 28 hours notice). I politely asked what they felt was an appropriate advance time to give for a refill. They didn't have one ..just said they were busy. I said every single time I ask for a refill I give minimum 24 hours notice and they never ever have it ready. I asked to cancel the order and I am moving pharmacies. No apologies...just okay ..they can call us for your information. I would be fine if this happened once in a while...but I get monthly refills of one medication. In the last 14 months it was ready twice...same advance notice as above. The other occasions had me coming back in 30 minutes to an hour

β β β β β This safeway pharmacy is awful. My prescription is never ready, they never put the notes on, I'm not allowed to pick up my medication early so them not having it ready even though they've assured me they put it on autofill is incredibly disappointing. There's been multiple times where I'm picking up a prescription and I ask the person behind me for privacy & the staff does nothing. Even if you don't care about covid I don't want people knowing my personal information or what I'm picking up.
There is one woman that works there with an accent. She's the only good thing about the pharmacy. She's incredibly knowledgeable and friendly but I haven't seen her in awhile.
If anyone has a suggestion for a pharmacy in cathedral I'd appreciate it
