★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a$100 ticket today for parking there. Rich neighborhoods don't want people to park there, but with +37 today the City could have been more flexible: people parked closer to the river to avoid walking in such heat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a nice incline to get your legs working. There's a formidable double set of optional stairs that you're not allowed to workout on but just walking up that bad boy is a workout for anyone. My favorite spot is the walk over the main huge bridge to the stairs. There's a big drain pipe that comes out of the cliff and you can see some nice eddies in the water as it joins the river. There's a tiny trail up into the trees over that brick wall there where it opens up into a really cute tiny new growth area with lots of moss and even better views of the overview where things become a different world fast. I keep seeing images of a little wooden shack that looks abandoned and I'd love to find that thing once I'm feeling better. Make sure that if you're gonna be doing the stairs you have a water bottle for just that hahaha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice area. Lots of dirt trails for bikers and hikers. Nice water area for fishing and swimming by the base of the bridge. Had engagement photos done here and the scenery is awesome!
