Be very very aware if you are considering a warranty program from this company. They are famous for making up excuses like "the part you need is no longer available" or "that part is wear and tear" when it's not a wear and tear part. (They especially love that excuse) They will literally go to their grave fighting you so they do not have to fix your appliance under the warranty program you purchased. In 90% of all cases they won't even send a tech out to diagnose the appliance, they will just lie and say its not fixable under the program. If you purchased a warranty from them and need service under the program be prepared to fight and fight and fight. Ultimately you will need to call the appliance dealer that sold you the warranty and fight with them. FYI...The Walker Group is also known by the name "W3 Solutions"

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Beware of purchasing extended warranties that deal with this company. I paid $650 five years ago for a 6 year warranty on three Whirlpool Gold appliances. Now that I need them, I've been without a fridge for one week now and it could be another week before it's fixed. Who can go that long without a fridge? Extended warranties are bogus. This one was purchased through the furniture store Teppermans in Windsor, Ontario. My advice is to keep your money, take your chances that your appliance might break down and if it does, you can handle it much easier and faster on your own.

This company, also known as W3 Solutions, has incredibly deceptive, dishonest, and unethical business practices. I purchased an extended warranty for 3 appliances from Canadian Appliance Source and the warranty is with W3. When my washer broke they denied it was a manufacturing defect based on their terms and conditions which I never received nor signed. The appliance dealer says W3 should have provided it, but W3 says the appliance dealer should have provided it. I try to escalate, it's always the same agent handling my file. I call customer care, I get the same person. I can't even say for certain that more than 2 people work here. Do not purchase any warranties that this company will be servicing.

Terrible terrible service! Go with another company. A simple stove issue takes 3 weeks to receive a diagnosis but no answers at all from W3 the Walker group. We have been without our 1.5 year old GE cafe stove for almost one month. Parts are even in stock with GE but they dispatch a co. Not authorized to fix GE cafes!
