I work as a Senior Manager of Contracts and My husband is an Architect by education who works as a design manager in Vancouver. We were looking for a house in West Vancouver and Matt found the best property for our needs according to our budget. Matt has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious and always kept our interests in mind. Our real estate purchase is relatively a small transaction relative to the size of properties Matt normally handles (as Waterfront West Vancouver homes), but he treated with the same professionalism and friendship one would expect for a very large transaction. He negotiated effectively for us with the seller, and we are really happy with this purchase.
