I chose to use Craig as our realtor, because I worked with his wife and we've known each other for years, and I prefer to work with someone I know and trust. We started looking for a two bedroom condominium in Vancouver when our situation changed and we began looking for a 4 bedroom rancher in the interior. I was not sure that he would be willing to help us as our search took us to Penticton and Vernon. Craig did not hesitate. He researched housing in the Okanagan Valley, and drove out with us to look at homes. He found the listing for the house that we ultimately chose. He listened closely to our needs, and found us the perfect home. He negotiated a fair price and navigated us through a complicated purchase. He found us a lawyer, a mortgage broker, and a home inspector and was available to answer questions whenever they arose. He brought us our first house-warming gift, and followed up immediately to ensure everything was going smoothly in our new home, and just recently sent us a Happy One month message making sure that all was still good with our home. We highly recommend using Craig as your realtor. Not only is he an impressive realtor, but he is also personable and really easy to spend time with.

As many know, it is a hot market and can be difficult to navigate as properties move quickly at prices higher than asking. His enthusiasm, thoughtfulness and market resourcefulness (he has fantastic mortgage broker, home inspector, lawyer, and moving connections too) exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process, with its many ups and downs, Craig was always available and willing to assist us. We ended up seeing about 20 homes (likely more; we lost count), making about 4 offers. With every offer, Craig put together a personalized video to connect with the seller. We feel, without those customized videos, we might still be searching for our forever home. My wife and I cannot recommend his services enough.
