Diane et Villy. Si les deux venaient à quittés l'agence,je changerais sans aucun doute d'agence. It's been over eight years now. That we book our vacation here. Prier ppur que tout ce passe bien durant le voyage pcq il va falloir improviser et vous débrouiller à trouver une solution par vous même. Pas de retour d'appel, on vous laisse en plan. Je conseille donc de ne pas passer par eux et d'acheter directement avec la ligne aérienne qui sera plus prompt à vous trouver une alternative ou une solution à votre problème. Pour un 40$ de différence sur le prix du billet. Vraiment déçue et ce n'est pas la première fois.
