Throughout the process we never felt unnecessarily pressured, and learned a lot about the car and Volvos generally. What I appreciated most was that even after the deal was signed, Brandon still put a lot of time and effort into working with us up to the delivery and beyond. Some salespeople (cars, real estate) tend to drop off once the deal is done as they have little incentive to invest energy at that point, so the fact that we got great service to the end meant a lot.

Being the owner of an older model Volvo (2005 XC90 AWD), finding parts from the bigger online retailers is very much a hit-and-miss proposition. However, I've never been disappointed by Volvo of Toronto. Parts are always quickly available if not already in stock, and their pricing is competitive for nearly all items. Definitely worth the drive downtown (for the local pickup option), but they deliver too! Highly recommended if you're a Volvo owner looking for parts!

They are attentive, friendly and very competent. Francis the service manager is outstanding. They go the extra mile. I dropped my ring and it fell under the car floor. I called and Francis said bring it in now and we'll see what we can do. They took the seat off and found the ring. Friday afternoon on a long weekend. Amazing team at Volvo! Not only is the car amazing the service is excellent.
