We had many more miles ahead of us so we wanted to have the car inspected/fixed. We contacted several garages on the road but no one was abled to help us on a short notice. When we arrived in Victoria we decided to give it another shot by dropping by at Volvo Victoria. Matt heard our story and altough they were really busy he squeezed us in their planning. Matt and his colleagues are the best! They ran diagnostics on the car and fixed what they could in one day. Chris the sales associate was very transparent from the start, he was bluntly honest and delivered on everything he said he would. As I was coming from the mainland the group had everything organized for me to make the sale go as smooth as possible... and there were absolutely no surprises. No last minute trade in price squabbles, or upselling, or pressure sales. Eliah in finance had all of my options laid out to me and had a zero pressure approach to additional insurance, and quickly recalibrated my rate so that my payments came out when I needed them to. Finally unfortunately I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped acclimatized me to the new car , but again nothing but professionalism and honesty. I drove away feeling totally positive about my experience in every aspect. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was provided a friendly and professional experience by Mike Moyes in service. He had my car in and had let me know what work the vehicle required in an efficient and timely manner. Along with a thorough inspection report, the quotes Mike provide were clear and easy to understand. It was a truly premium experience he provided and I could not recommend him for service on your new or used Volvo. Tyler Manning in parts also provided top notch service. He had quotes and parts ready in short order and what he didn’t have in stock, he provided me accurate timelines for their arrival. He made getting parts easy and stress free. They do not make you feel like you are just a dollar amount. They are there to provide a high level of service, and are genuine human beings who treat you as one too. I cannot recommend Volvo Cars Victoria enough!

W	William Little on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tyler in parts has provided me excellent knowledge and service when it came to getting me the parts I need for my 1995 960, I find myself continuing to come back time and time again, for excellently priced, almost always better than online prices, parts. whether it be little bulbs for my light up switches, or a whole interior panel, which he was able to get the correct colour AND it was brand new for. Imagine getting a brand new original Volvo part specifically for your 27 year old car. I'll keep coming back here for not only the parts and shop expertise but for the fantastic customer service.

Even received a check up call to make sure that everything is working well for us! Another really nice touch was the big “reveal” draping and giant bow on top of the immaculately clean car when we came in to pick it up. Our salesperson Chris took a lot of time going over the car’s features, then encouraged us to come back later for more orientation once we had driven it for a while. Would definitely recommend them.
