He simplified things in a straight-forward and empathetic manner and his staff are wonderful which was a bonus. Compared to my previous Doctor, he has been a 20/10. I am new to B.C. and he took me on as a patient despite not having a family doctor referral and he got me in for an appointment immediately which I am forever grateful for. My experience has been excellent and I look forward to having Dr. McCracken take good care of me when I need it. Thank you!
