★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never a bad experience! Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Recently I went in looking for a type of book I wanted as a learning tool. I couldn't find it and one of the staff ordered in a book she thought might work. When you order a book, you are not required to purchase it. Although I did purchase the book because it was the perfect recommendation! Thank you Volume One!
