After many phone calls, emails and rescheduling, I finally got Kurtis to come to my house and spent an hour explaining the work that I needed done on a deadline; he agreed to do it. And then . . . nothing. No estimate, no follow up to schedule. After multiple calls, I finally got Kurtis on the line. He came up with a whole list of excuses and then told me he couldn't do the work. After five weeks of waiting this was very unprofessional.
