★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in search of an electrical company to run a hundred amp subpanel to a suite.
I spoke with a nice fellow named Dax who was very prompt at having one of his guys, Colin, to come by and have a look. Both Colin and Dax were a good help because they offered me a solution to run the extended panel with minimal hassles.
With this help, I increased their involvement and had them do a few other things while they were at it.
The best thing about connecting with any business is that staying in touch with a customer and communicating the intentions is key and they have been a pleasure to deal with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dax was our technician. He diagnosed the faulty baseboard heater, and replaced it with a new one. He also identified the reason for the tripping of the arc fault breaker and reset it. Dax was very thorough and efficient!

I told time off from work to meet them at the house and went over the required work and was told I would get a quote within the week.
Never heard back.
I got a Google review request and replied direct instead to give them an opportunity to explain etc. Received a very apologetic email from the owner and he wanted to make it right … I was willing to start over and asked for a quote and asked him if some times I had available to see the job again would work. Ghosted again … no reply … nothing.
Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time.
Do not recommend.
