S	Shell Shocked on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HE did three operation on me,he told me if i didn't have a bone transplant id never walk again.he showed me no X-rays he lied straight to my face as well as on his reports he denied me information to make the right choice.he told me lie after lie in order to perform un necessary operation which would cause me pain for the rest of my life.He tried to force Oxycontine on me instead of allowing me my choice of medication.HE talk to my family Doctor about me like i was crazy.i turned down the operation .my own doctor said i was nuts.I ask for a second opinion and he turned me down. i refused the operation still all the same.4 years later my leg is still fine I've walked 100's of miles up and down mountains .ive flown off mountains and landed on my feet 500 times already.the leg should have broke off but its fine.Hes not a doctor that can be trusted period.every time we spoke he could never make eye contact with me .Every visit he made to me in the hospital he would tell me about his weekend plans instead of my leg.when i asked him to explain it in detail he yelled at me like i was a child saying he toid me once he told me a dozen times.i walked out on him for his loss of control. He's nothing more then a lier.dont trust this guy!

He is always on time and I have never had to wait for my appointments. I think he is a very conservative doctor and only performed my hip replacement when it was absolutely necessary and when I requested the procedure. Both hips went perfect and I'm back to having my life again. I had zero complications unlike many of my friends who used other docs and ended up with one leg longer than the other. Doctor Ricardo Velazquez is a fantastic doctor and a great human who truly cares about his patients. If you are thinking about THR...just do it! The worry is worse than the surgery!

He even showed me my X-rays that were taken 1 year apart and explained the degeneration that had taken place over that time. Even though my outlook was poor and he recommended a knee transplant in 3-5 years, I was very confident in his diagnosis and left, clear about what had caused my condition - hereditary - and what I could do to strengthen my knees and what exercises would be beneficial.

He did a knee replacement for me and he did an excellent job. He was very informative answering all my questions and my knee works 100 percent better than it did prior to surgery. I am sure if you require a knee or hip replacement the doctor he has selected for his clinic will be excellent at their profession.
