★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take a lady I look after to this place, and I have never had a bad experience here, the ladies who answer the phones are polite, the Dr she has is new (her regular Dr retired) is also very caring, understanding and not rude at all.
I have no problems with the place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Teresa as my Doctor and had asked for a referral to see a psychiatrist to talk about my depression. Not only did Teresa told her eyes at me, she also tried telling me that I’m just “upset” because I’m a young adult. She asked if I was smoker, when I confirmed that I am she made a disgusted face and told me that I should quit. ( as if I didn’t know the side effects of smoking or needed her judgement)
When Teresa was being reluctant about giving me a referral, I asked if I could get antidepressants instead. She told me I don’t need antidepressants, I only need to spend more time outside and that I’m not depressed.
Teresa is by far the worst doctor I’ve ever been too. She judged me for no reason, she was rude to me, she didn’t take me seriously and she made me feel bad about myself for no reason that I can think of.
If you want a proper family doctor, try the doctors office in Ingram street or maybe a walk in clinic. I’ve had no troubles with them.
If I could give specifically Teresa 0 Stars as a review, I would. Absolutely terrible doctors, don’t waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Martin and the other doctors at this clinic are absolutely wonderful and have helped me and my partner greatly.
Connie at reception is so so sweet and pleasant! Another receptionist is quite rude/standoffish every time but other than that, great clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DR Harwood Reimer, has just refused to release to me my medical records, will be following up with legal action. This clinic has used unprofessional manipulative behaviour, to undermine my benefits I receive for a past injury, breached privacy, set out by Veterans Affairs Canada, in order to minimize my benifits.
