It was the kites outside that caught my daughter's eye and prompted a visit to this store. What a pleasant surprise! This is an indie store. Indie books. Kickstarter games. Local artists, craftspeople, and creators are featured prominently. If you are a human person there will be something in this store that you will like.
We left with candy and warm packs. What will you leave with?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every room has something new and wonderful. Set aside a bit of time to investigate the shelves. Books, toys, local artists, local/Canadian authors, Canadian treats. Both my 11 yr old son and I have a wishlist from there a mile long. A board game bought there is a family favourite!
The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. We are always excited to discover something new each time we go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is one of a kind! Dragon's Lair Artist Emporium has a great selection of indie author books in a variety of genres, some truly unique artwork, decor, and gifts, along with gourmet coffee, candies, and chocolate.
And now I want some of that chocolate... ?
If you're out of the area, you can get any of the books or other goodies they stock delivered right to your door! What's not to love?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! NOTHING BUT LIERS!!You should treat all people with respect who walk through your doors did deliveries to these people and they treated me like I wasn't even human I was beneath them. I guess they didn't like the speed in which I was delivering their packages I said to them I'm very sorry I have multiple sclerosis it takes me a couple more minutes than most, most people I have done deliveries for have been super nice and understanding not these people, they decided to call my employer to try to have me fired this is all fine and dandy everybody has the right to their opinion but my problem with this is that when they call and talk to my employer they lied they said that I left the packages outside and they know that all boxes were delivered inside their business, you could have just said you didn't like me you didn't have to lie !!shame on you dragons lair!! I have been a courier driver for 20 years and these are by far the rudest meanest people I've ever met,remember your delivery driver deserve responsibility too!!
