Not a problem we said we can come back the next day but we were unaware the mall would be closed. So the guy told us Monday to Friday they would be here to help. We said we could come back Wednesday afternoon. Came back Wednesday at 11:45 and the same gentleman said they weren't here until 12, which I commented that I wished we knew that info before hand and he said he didn't know the schedule of the optometrist. We left to walk around for the 15 mins and when we came back the same gentleman then came up with addittude saying I told him I'd come back at 4 on Wednesday, which I didn't, as I don't have time during the week after 5. I told him I would appreciate it if he wouldn't give me addittude and he continued. The fact the optomotrist herself even ageed they have been having issues with him. Otherwise the service from the others was great.

This is my second time trying to purchase glasses here. The last time I had a similar experience when there were 2 employees and we were clearly wanting to purchase glasses but the one person was helping someone and the other was just sitting there. So yeah…

That makes a huge difference helps us feel confident and trusting. There was a gentleman in the store that wasn’t very pleasant had his nose stuck up in the air I’ve heard he’s since been let go I can understand why, Fatima really goes above and beyond to make sure that we can leave feeling happy and content and seeing great lol thanks for everything Fatima you are one of a kind !! I will be referring my family thank you for such the great service

I was not thrilled to go to the mall (not a mall person), but am so happy that I did. The staff are professional and very friendly. They were patient and informative. I ordered a pair for myself and the turn around time was very quick. My son needed glasses (first time glass wearer) and Fatima took extra time to explain the therapy lens suggested to us by a difft optometrist and tricks for first time glass wearers for kids. We opted for regular lenses and a pair of sunglasses. Fatima helped pick a pair that suited what we were looking for and when they came in they were perfect. Fatima goes above and beyond to provide stellar customer service. I would highly recommend Fatima and Vogue optical at Fairview for all of your vision needs.
