Nice lady and very accurate. I typically need things straight forward and she is very good with that. Only had one meeting so far, but took her advice and feel a noticeable weight off me now. Definitely booking another session in the near future.

After doing some research on spiritual/holistic counsellors near me, I found Vivian and I'm so glad I did. She embodies everything one could want in someone to help guide you through your troubles and traumas. She's so soft and kind-hearted, understanding, supportive, empathetic, and even funny too! And she does a great job at supporting/helping you break familial patterns so that you can live your sacred life authentically. I've only done 3 sessions with her but just those three was enough to really help change my mindset/perspectives on things (though, I will definitely be continuing going to her regularly to work through a bunch of other things). Personally, I am struggling with self-love and confidence amongst other things and just after the first two sessions I really started seeing a change in how I treat and speak to myself outside of counselling hours. I am now able to actively reroute my thoughts whenever I'm speaking negatively to myself without it feeling unnatural. I've also began to believe/feel how much power I hold within me and my confidence rise whenever I'm faced with things that seem daunting or things that I may not feel capable of achieving. One of my favourite things she's told me is "Fear is not real, danger is." (or something along those lines haha!) She's done some energetic work with me (which released a lot of tension build up) and inner child work. Whenever she sees that you're in a lot of distress during her sessions, she immediately starts to do some deep inner work within you in order to tackle that emotion head on. It can be intense and extremely emotional because it's because that emotion is very fragile ... but after, it does feel like it initiates the first step towards healing. I look forward to our sessions together because they give me peace of mind and provides me a tremendous amount of validation, which is something I've been needing the most. Vivian is a truly gifted healer! I met with Vivian for reiki sessions. Each time. I left with a greater sense of calm and much lighter than when I came in! I worked thru various physical and emotional concerns. I definitely feel like I've had an out of body experience after her reiki sessions! Cloud-like! Very high energetic feelings.
