★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon service à la clientèle ! La jeune femme de la réception était souriante, enjouée et d'une grande gentillesse. Malgré que le technicien n'était pas le plus enthousiaste en ville, l'installation de mon démarreur à distance s'est fait proprement et sans surprise.
 Very good customer service! The young woman at the reception was smiling, cheerful and very kind. Although the technician was not the most enthusiastic in town, the installation of my remote starter went clean and without surprises.

J'y ai fait installer un hitch que j'avais fait venir des USA et Vitro Plus a pris l'initiative de contacter le fabricant entre mon appel et mon rendez-vous afin de devenir un installateur suggéré par le fabricant. Ils étaient très professionnels et connaisseurs. Je suis demeuré environ 90 minutes dans la salle d'attente et j'ai vu leur professionnalisme et courtoisie à l'oeuvre durant mon attente. Bravo!
I am extremely satisfied with the services received. I had a hitch installed there that I had brought in from the USA and Vitro Plus took the initiative to contact the manufacturer between my call and my appointment to become a manufacturer suggested installer. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I stayed about 90 minutes in the waiting room and I saw their professionalism and courtesy at work during my wait. Cheer!
