★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'employé qui a pris la commande de ma conjointe a dit qu'ils ne nous appelleraient pas et que c'était à nous de vérifier si la vitre est prête. Ensuite ma conjointe a demandé si c'était correct de passer mardi et ils ont dit que c'était certain que ce serait prêt. On est passé le samedi suivant et ce n'était toujours pas prêt.
De plus, ils ne fournissent rien pour protéger la vitre mais n'en avertissent pas les clients, ce qui peut causer une situation plutôt désagréable pour qui ne le sait pas ...
 The clerk who took my wife's order said they wouldn't call us and it was up to us to check if the glass is ready. Then my wife asked if it was okay to spend Tuesday and they said she was sure it would be ready. We came by the following Saturday and it still wasn't ready.
In addition, they do not provide anything to protect the glass but do not warn customers about it, which can cause a rather unpleasant situation for who does not know ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ une compagnie standart. les employés sont gentil, font de leur possible, mais n'y aller pas avec cette compagnie si vous avez un projet un tantinet sur mesure ou complexe. je m'étais fais déconseillé Saran au début de mon projet et j'ai regretté de ne pas avoir suivi cest conseils croyez moi. les délais très long, l'installation fastidieuse et une arrogance de la propriétaire qui semble incapable de prendre responsabilité pour leurs erreurs. néanmoins après 9 mois d'attente j'ai réussie a avoir un projet, mais avec quelque regrets qui aurait pu être évité.
a standard company. the employees are nice, go out of their way, but don't go with this company if you have a project that is a bit tailor-made or complex. I was advised against Saran at the beginning of my project and I regretted not having followed this advice believe me. the very long delays, the tedious installation and an arrogance of the owner who seems unable to take responsibility for their mistakes. nevertheless after 9 months of waiting I succeeded in having a project, but with some regrets which could have been avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu de la fausse représentation, de la malhonnêteté, de l'impolitesse, de l'attitude non-professionnelle et de l'arrogance de la part des employées de bureau qui sont allées jusqu'à me raccrocher la ligne au nez après m'avoir empêché d'exposer mes besoins, en me mentionnant que j'avais déjà pris 5 minutes de leur temps. Tout ça en rapport avec l'estimation gratuite, le temps de travail estimé et la facturation gonflée à bloc. La facturation est doublée entre l'estimation de l'employé et la facturation du bureau. À suivre.
