β β β β β I placed an order at the end of April. May 2nd I get an email saying they vendor shorted the product and it would ship to me in a week. I called them back on May 11th and told it was still not in stock and would ship in another week. I called May 17th and still no product so I cancelled the order and they said my credit card would be credited and the credit would be issued by " their manager " May 23rd rolls around still no credit on my credit card so I call them again. I was told oh sorry I will have to re-cancel the order yet again and again I will have to wait for the credit. I asked to speak to the manager who is Simon and of course he was not in the office. I ask that he call me and I guarantee you he won't. The next report I am doing is with the Kitchener area Better Business Bureau. This company charges you for goods they don't have and hold the money in their account and then you chase them for the goods that they don't ship and then you have to chase them for the money. This is one step away from criminal and a scam. STAY AWAY!!!

β β β β β I found everything I needed and at a good price. The order and delivery process was fast and easy. I liked being kept informed of the delivery status. The items were packed very well - even a cold pack was inserted for temperature sensitive supplements!

This company may have marginally lower prices but is horrible at shipping and customer service. They repeatedly lied to me many times about orders being shipped, they email phony "shipped" notices without providing a tracking number, then when the parcel is delivered it turns out it was shipped several days later than what they claimed. To make things worse they close on Saturdays and during holidays without posting a warning in their website that orders will experience a significant processing delay. I don't know any other retailer showing such a disregard for their customers.

β β β β β I have been buying 90% of my vitamins and supplement from Vitashop.ca for a few years now and have never had one problem with availability or delayed shipping. They have always been fast to fill my orders and fast at getting it shipped to me.
I was buying my supplements from a company in BC, but Vitashop has the best prices in Canada so why would I shop anywhere else?
I kinda wonder if some of the bad reviews for VitaShop are bogus because its like they're describing a totally different company. Whatever, I really like the prices and the service here so this is where I buy all my supplements

β β β β β I purchased my products to be sent over to Asia oversea. The parcel arrived quicker than i thought and the service team on the phone was guiding me out thoroughly. I am very satisfied in overall. Prices are the top notch in Canada so far too.

β β β β β I would like to appreciate the excellent customer service that I received from VitaShop.
I was having some difficulty setting up an account & with a few quick phone calls, all was rectified.
The product I ordered was a few dollars cheaper than where I usually purchase it & it arrived within two days.
Definitely will order more from VitaShop.

β β β β β I ordered a whack of stuff. It came pretty fast considering the pandemic. They were out of one of my items but they credited my credit card. Name brand quality items and pretty good prices. All in all very satisfied and will order again.

β β β β β I order often from VitaShop and have had a good experience each time. I always find the products I am looking for and their prices are lower than any other online stores I've used in the past and certainly cheaper than my local health food store. Products arrive quickly and packages can be tracked via Canada Post.
The only frustrating part is the "do not safe drop" that is automatic on packages. I understand this is needed for most deliveries, but I would like the option to choose otherwise.
