I was in this store the other day, I wanted to buy some organic produce and multivitamins and some other stuff.
When I went to the produce area in the back of the store I was very shocked to see that a lot of the produce looked bad, like it was on the shelf for a long time I also saw a whole section with mould, then when I went to buy some vitamins I was extremely shocked to see that the expiry date on different items were expired, I also went to the frozen food freezer and also got shocked a lot of the food in the freezer had freezer burn on the food, this is something the health board needs to witness themselves I called them so action will hopefully take place very soon.
DO NOT BUY YOUR ANY PRODUCE OR PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE YOU WILL GET SICK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

β β β β β Quite a large selection of all your essentials. This place has been here for decades I think since the plaza was first built in the late 80s or early 90s. The prices are very competitive as well, I bought papaya enzymes chewables and they were at least $3 cheaper here compared to one of their well-known competitors.

β β β β β Wonderful staff and a great place to shop.
I was there the other day and experienced the store getting harassed by a non-mask wearer. The store handled it perfectly. The person who came in without a mask had their own agenda and just started yelling at the workers and trying to cause a scene at this small business. The store owners politely asked the person to leave and they can bring out whatever item they want to purchase.
Kudos to the store for their swift action in protecting their employees and other shoppers.

β β β β β I visited the store a few days ago , and urgently needed to use the bathroom. I asked the cashier lady to allow me to use the bathroom and she could see on my face that I was close to being desperate. She refused the access to the bathroom. Complete lack of compassion was hard to take. There is a store 2 minutes away , Organic Garage, with customer washroom and much bigger selection of products, which is where I am going from now on.

β β β β β Most supplements are more expensive compare to other health food store around the area. I purchased Cholesterol FX for almost $45 other stores sell it for $33, Some produce are wilted and much more expensive.

β β β β β I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars in this store over the years. Today I was purchasing one item and the cashier did not offer me a bag before paying. After I had paid I asked for a bag as I was walking home and felt it would be easier with a bag. She said βno sorry they are 5 centsβ. I said I understand that but I already paid and donβt have change and that I am there multiple times per week. She still said no sorry I canβt give you a bag. This store does not value customer service at all. The way they treat regular customers is disgusting. No appreciation whatsoever. I will not be shopping here again.
