★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used all of the Vital Alchemy blends and they all have a spot in my self care routine. I love that they're easy to fit into regular daily rituals whether that be in coffee, tea, smoothies or even cocktails! I am a particular fan of the new detONYX blend which I find is a fantastic feel-good tonic to re-balance and clarify. It may have come out as a summer seasonal blend but I've stocked up to use it all year!
