★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went in to respectfully ask , if at the end of the day there were any COVID vaccines left open, would it be possible to to be vaccinated without an appointment…. The woman responded “Not a chance” and walked away then turned back and said “you have to get on the wait list” . I responded that I was already on the list and was simply checking in. I have never been so quickly and rudely dismissed. Too many other pharmacies around in neighbouring towns to have to go back here. Thanks for you kindness (not)
As an updated, on Friday Dec 24th received a call from the pharmacy with respect to my google review. I was offered a formal apology by the woman that I had interacted with in the review above. She explained that there was a level of frustration in dealing with the volume of inquiries about vaccinations, and tests. and was further exacerbated by the added volume that normally occurs at Christmas time. As she explained, this was no excuse, but at least it provided me with some perspective as to what the pharmacies were/are dealing with. The call was appreciated, and restored some of my faith in the customer service that Pharmasave Lucknow provides.
