★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my checkin slotted for 2:58 - I got there at 2:50 - I waited in the waiting room until 3:35, having to leave at that time for another appointment. The (broken) app and screen at the salon showed me the countdown to my hair cut making it around 3 or shortly after. At 3:35 there was still two people in the haircutting seats. The whole point of the checkin app is so you can show up just before your cut and go onto to other appointments that are arranged. Scheduling stuff like this is not easy for most adults. The two girls in there were clueless to the time and moved so slow and they chatted and giggled to each other. The app and time frames were a joke. Maybe I just got un-lucky. Wont be going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and son get the best haircuts at Sport Clips. This is the first salon that actually cuts their hair short enough! The stylists take time to make sure the notes from the previous visit match what we want done each time. We always request Wendy! I love the atmosphere! Plus they enjoy watching Sportsnet! Highly recommend this salon! ??
