The way I look at it if you show up to your job with a positive attitude and actually do the task in front of you daily there's no reason for your employer not to hire you on.
In that 3 months some even less, they are just watching to see if you are picking it up and how you handle yourself under pressure. And position is great with full benefits and all the works
