The process was fairly simple since you work directly with a designer from the start who shows you live 3D drawings of your custom closet + LIFETIME WARRANTY!!. During COVID, you can do this all via phone/computer. I would recommend going to their showroom first to see examples of what to expect in quality, colour, design options etc. Despite a few hiccups with design/colour (mom's preference), at the end they went above and beyond to ensure my mom was happy with the final product. If you find my review helpful, be sure to let them know I referred you!

She sent multiple options for my space and designed everything exactly how I wanted working within the budget I gave her. The closet was installed in December and I am in LOVE with it! It somehow makes the room look larger, and is exactly what I dreamed of! Excellent quality, fast installation, wonderful customer service.

I have to chasing them with everything and finishing up project myself. Disappointed big time and not recommending!

I was contacted a couple of times asking to send an email with pictures and measurements of what I needed to be done. Advised them that I have a few things that I need to go over with a designer while they were to measure my spaces that I need to be done. I was told that the designer is not going to come, however a technician who will do the measurements and then a designer will contact me. I then received a voice mail saying that I was still booked for a technician to come over and that they still think it’s best for me to send pictures with measurements through an email so then they don’t have to send someone out that far up North… obviously they don’t need additional business and probably prefer to stay only in Woodbridge. In addition, what am I to pay for if I am the one who does the measurements? What if my measurements were to be wrong and then it would be on me for any delays in instalment. Disappointment all around, just avoid.

I will say that I am a perfectionist and some of the things that I was not happy with, others may not have noticed, but there were also problems that were pretty obviously not okay. In the end, Jimmy (be sure to request him for your install) fixed everything and went above and beyond, even doing some drywall repair for me that I absolutely did not expect him to do. The customer service team was okay, sometimes taking a while to get back to me, but in the end everything got scheduled and they came back and fixed everything like they said they would. Overall, I would use them again because the closets looks great, I know who to request for my install now, and I know that they will come back to fix any issues, no matter how long it takes. The closets are also pretty nice quality, with slow close drawers with wood boxes and dovetail joints.

The designer was easy to work with very professional, and she understood what I needed and designed them precisely. The installers were also excellent, and they were efficient in installing and cleaning up all mess from the installation. All the departments were very professional and helpful, so my project was smooth. They also send reminders a few days before the installations and walk you through the terms once more about what to expect on the installation day. I would recommend that you remove all existing shelves\ rods, and you should paint and patch a few days before the installation. Canadian Closets Plus also provides a lifetime warranty on their products as long as you are the homeowner where they installed their product. And its original installation was done by their team, without modification or relocation by any other third parties. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you, Canadian Closets Plus.

Highly recommend. (I can’t take a full pic because of my sliding doors and the holes in the wall are from my previous hardware that I had to take down). Everyone was friendly and very professional. They took all the time to make sure everything was perfect. I’m very happy with my new closet!!
