A	Alisha Boga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I just visited Bella Kitchens showroom on June 1st at 1pm (I wish I had gotten the man's name). Extremely arrogant, and wasn't interested in getting business. He asked me what my budget was, I gave him some of the other quotes that I received from other contractors. I explained that my kitchen wasn't very big, but I was looking at getting a total kitchen Reno with good craftsmanship. He looked at me with a huge grin on his face and stated "this place is not for you, we don't do kitchens in your range". I didn't even give you a range, just stated what other quotes I was given. Completely condescending man that will not work with you unless you're doing a Reno over 30 grand. Stay away from this place at all costs! He has no customer service skills whatsoever. This would be a good indication of the type of service you'd recieve along the way.

They accommodated all of our very customized designs. Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with! The cabinetry was gorgeous, the workmanship was superior, and the installation was fast and flawless.

I have left several messages and in fact talked to Sam the president of this company when he happened to answer the phone after trying so many times of unreturned calls! Told me to send pictures of the cabinets that needed fixing after many years of use. They did my kitchen and basement cabinets a few years ago and I spent quite a huge amount.I send pictures and followed up - no return calls or acknowledgement! They are not interested in customer service or return customers obviously. I would avoid this business!

Sam was really helpful, creative and respected my budget. The staff is incredible with making sure they achieve what you have in mind, I have visited many many places but no place can beat what Bella kitchens has to offer, I highly recommend this place for renos/upgrades or any add-ons for your kitchen. I absolutely love the renos they did to my kitchen without breaking the bank, hands down the BEST in the GTA!!
