★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careful buying the Beethoven Units they are not soundproofed, as is a stacked condo Unit. If you are on the lower unit youll hear everything from the unit upstairs. Its pretty annoying. As it has no soundproofed at all. Builder cut all costs and you get a very bad living situation. Hope this helps anybody looking into buying one of the stacked condos. Despite what the builder would tell you regarding how many things they put for soundproofing you can hear your neighbor flushing the toilet upstairs or just walking or chatting. The problems is not my neighbors is the poor insulation. Please when buying this Beethoven units make the builder have somebody walking upstairs so you can see what I mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife parked in visitor for an hour, to do some weeding for someones garden, and came out to find a $50.00 ticket for parking without registering with the office which was closed at the time. There was no signs stating you need to register where she parked. I still havnt been able to get ahold of this place over the phone.
Basically don't park here to visit someone or you might get a parking ticket aswell. Oh, and the ticket goes up to $121.00 if you dont pay in 10 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been almost 3 months since we move to our new town homes, within those time frame ive got 2 tickets and its ridiculous as i just park infront of my house as we cannot get in to our garage because of construction on-going.
Im not urging people not to buy property here as this frustration i just sharing is to open the eye of public to be aware of considering before buying here.
No proper parking available for resident,the walk way path is not consistently shovel by condo board, the construction start really early so if you want to sleep more dont bet on it.
The ticket should be reconsidered as it is under construction, we thought coming and live here will save us money but having ticket to pay every month is another expenses to add in our daily budget.
Dismayed this property and wife and i decided to sell after a year. ??

I have been paying twice the amount for power since moving in and had someone come look at it I even paid epcor $600 to change the meter yet 2 ppl were still using 1200 kWh a month when we both work 12 hour days and I rarely dry my hair. They refused to look into it they said they installed it themselves. Even though a previous employee who was let go lived in the unit next to us. They also sold me on “maintenance free living” which I pay $300 a month for and am harassed to maintain their property. Charging me $250 to clear the weeds on their property within 2 days and then charge me to have domekne remove them????… yet I need permission from them to plant anything or put anything in “their property”….? Save yourself the hassle they are all talk an no deliver!!!!
