She was very polite and took a long time and made sure that all our questions were answered, even if it was half hour past their closing time. She was still full of energy and very professional. She took time to listen what we were looking for. Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’re not happy with our roof. They fixed our roof several times before our warranty ended but the problem keeps happening every time there’s a strong wind. I reported many times and told them that this is an occurring problem. I know our warranty ended already but they should accept a problem like this and should take a look and investigate first before denying my request to fix it. There’s this home builder that I knew that they accept their shortcomings. Even it’s past your warranty, they will fix it. But so sad that Pacesetter is not like them. And it’s so difficult to communicate with them. It takes months for them to reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes time for them to folly up or update you on your service request. We only had our house for 2 yrs and the concrete on our walkout is already breaking, we’ve had to call STAR Mechanical directly ourselves due to plumbing issues. Most of the time they’ll tell you to submit it thru the Portal (ServiceQ) but it’s been a month and I have not heard anything back. It’s so disappointing bec this is is our 2nd house and I can compare that Daytona Homes makes their houses better and communicates better.
