Had a possession in March but the driveway and grading is still pending. Have been writing about their schedule but you do not expect to hear from them. I got possession this year in end of June, and I moved on first week of July. After 1 week I had flooding in the basement. Water came from what we use on regular daily living things. While figuring out reason for flooding for 36 to 40 , MARCSON did not offer any hotel stay or other option. They said we could use, but who wanna use water for toilet and pee if its coming back to basement , poor service. I requested industrial fan or heater to dry basement ASAP but never provided. When following up for the same instead of solving problem, asking me to whom you email, when you did, oh our person came and he said nothing blah blah... no service at all. Now after almost 3 weeks of flooding , the basement is smelly and watery marks , and still wet and moisture but never asked for cleaning or scrubbing by them. I would never recommend Marcson Homes because they believe inly in selling not in providing services. I made my biggest mistake in my life that I bought MARCSON HOMES , please do not make same mistake as me.
T	Tanlon Knibbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got possesion last July and I'm still waiting for them to do my rough grade. I email them and it takes a week to get a response. I phone them and leave messages and nothing gets returned. After you get possession they basically forget about you. It shouldnt take 11 months to get a rough grade done. They say its because of rain too but most the neighbours are moving on to their landscaping already. Seems the marcson built homes are a little behind.
Y	Yuan L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a spec home in April 2020. All conditions of the homebuyers contract were adequately met with the exception of landscaping. Spoke with the site supervisor who indicated June for landscaping. We contacted in July with regards to landscaping and was told no set date or timeframe. Was indicated our home was 'in rotation' without further information. The home itself is in great condition. The home inspector indicated that the deficiencies in this house were less significant and better built than most modern homes today. Definitely would recommend Marcson for the spec homes but would not recommend Marcson's service. It may not be worth the hassle as they still did not meet obligations of the homebuyers contract. Really unfortunate circumstances. I understand about COVID and how services may be delayed due to weather or other reasons, but the lack of information, us unable to pay extra money to do advanced landscaping as they will not release who their contractor is, and their hesitation to our alternative solutions definitely has us regretting asking Marcson to do landscaping instead of just lowering the purchase price. Unable to enjoy our summer, build a fence, get a pet or anything else in general.
