★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a "family" friendly building when I asked I was told it was. Parties from 11pm-10am. Once through the main entrance youre greeted by smoke. & its a non smoking building. Cockroaches upon moving in (wasn't made aware, but my fault for not asking). & the occasional party goers loitering in laundry room. Calls don't get returned. Great neighborhood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were told this building didn't have a pest issue. We found a cockroach in the first week and a few more thereafter. 1 resident confided that he keeps the lights on to keep the issue at bay. Noisy at night, expensive key replacements, and has "their own pest control company". We had to get a pest inspection out of pocket to move. Awaiting reimbursement.
