K	K L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parked at their lot beside hotel MacDonald in Edmonton. Posted price was $5 per hour. I was charged $9 per hour. When I called to have the charge reversed or a reimbursement the woman who answered the phone was abrupt and acted like she deals with problem customers frequently which is probably the case given their over charging for parking. I was told I could request an appeal but had to submit much personal information via email including like 8 numbers of my credit card. I have the actual payment receipt but that is not nearly enough for them. I will not be sending all of this personal info. Beware of this company
J	JJ ceo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t give them your information, or pay your “parking invoice”. They can’t do anything about it. They might say they will send it to “collections” or the credit agency. Equifax an TransUnion do not accept parking tickets as collections. Hope this helped ? Also the Alberta Registries office will not provide them with your personal information. This is why they don’t know where you live, or how to reach you. (Also why they ask for so much personal information) If you’re going to deal with them, I’d recommend using your credit card, and just having your credit card company refund your charges.
M	Mayrel Caynila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a question about a past due invoice so I gave a call today to their office and this man answers in an ill-mannered and impolite tone of voice saying its Christmas week and I was calling after hours, which I did not know because there was no prompt saying that they were on a break... On the phone it said the hours of operation was 8-5 so I inquired if that was correct and he said, "I am not going to sit here and debate when our hours of operations are." I was appalled by the response as I was asking in a polite manner and was just asking to confirm... I apologized but he was just being dismissive and wanted me to move on. He finally let me ask my one sentence question and he answered abruptly and hung up on me. I am dissatisfied with the way I was spoken to and would like to see improvement with their customer service. I understand you are on a Christmas break but the office should have taken the measures to ensure the customers know when your hours of operations are so this does not happen in the future. I would give 0 stars if I could...

Pam, the head receptionist at the west location was the kindest and most helpful person, she helped me pay my ticket that was well over do without making me feel stupid and managed to tell me the steps to pay online if I ever need to do so. Also she didn’t make me feel like she was rushing to hang up the phone on me. Thank you Pam!
