L	Lisey Pacheco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compassion from the owners who sent the container or from the company Viso. The owners made money themselves sending the container. They were able to ship the container for free as us people had to pay per cubic foot. I used this company to send my family food and clothes and items they can not afford to buy there. I received a phone call from my family crying that they with other people have had their packages stolen. The owner of the container was completely rude and unsympathetic to the unfortunate people who left empty handed. She was swearing at the people and getting very worked up yelling that it wasn't her responsibility and yelling and swearing at a young lady that was carrying a young child. The owner refused to call the shipping company until a gentleman refused to leave until some action was taken. Viso was called and Viso is not taking any responsibility. The owner of the container said that Viso was the one who locked up the container. Apparently when the container arrived, it arrived with a different lock. It is sad many valuable expensive things were taken and time was taken while this mishap was going on. Viso has since been contacted by many people and reviews has been posted on their social media. They have since removed their page from Facebook and hang up the phone when you call them to inquire about the container with the stolen goods. This must of been the owners not telling the truth or an inside job with Viso.... so god Damn heartbreaking.

I was robbed of my belongings that I had sent from my family and in laws to Covao do Lobo in Portugal mainland with a total value of over $1000... from my understanding the container was either robbed on viso's premises or an inside job during the trip from viso to the port! Viso has said it wasn't their responsibility!!!! Others have also been robbed of their bedroom sets, PS4... the owner of the container tried saying it was customs... I had my luggage open before by customs with paper work left with my belongings. Horrible! The way my belongings were open was very barbaric, as so was many others! Viso needs to own up to this!!!! This was obviously a set up as they had time to unscrew a wooden box and pry it open to see if it had any valuables. There are some unfortunate people living in Portugal who depend on support from their family in Portugal. The theives did not take petty things, it was all expensive electronics, gaming systems and even bedroom sets!!! I HAVE LEFT COMMENTS AND A REVIEW ON VISO'S FACEBOOK PAGE, THEY HAVE NOW RWMOVED THEIR PAGE! Instead of resolving the situation they are hiding... lucky for google, they can't control who leaves reviews or not!!!

I really thought it would be difficult or at least a lot to take care of to be able to send a barrel. But I was actually very surprised at how easy it was. Now I’m just waiting for the date to see how everything goes. But I am confident that everything will go well.
