★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always charging us extra... 1st time they didn't pick up our container on time from the port -> force us to pay late fees, Second time they didn't return container on time -> force us to pay extra money again. From all freight forwarders we are working with, only 1up has this problems. We will never use their service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is amongst the WORST companies on the logistics market. Absolutely clueless, rude, slow and careless. I would give them 0 stars if I could. No idea what incoterms are and how to follow common procedures. They will drop the ball and blame you from making them work.
I can assume all the people that put 5 star reviews either work there or are friends. DO NOT USE!

Charge lots of extra fees. Late picking up/moving shipments. So the shipper must pay additional fees.
I believe any positive reviews are fake!
