In the store, one of the employees, Raj Patel, provided excellent customer service; he was extremely knowledgeable, had a unique way of explaining the software and hardware of the smart TV, and was also extremely generous with the promo and discount; I went there intending to purchase a new TV, but I also received a great deal on a Sound Bar.
OKAY, I CLAIM IT RAJ???IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy TV. Sales Associate Raj Bhola was extremely helpful and patient. He gave us the best possible deal for the tv we bought. I would recommend everyone to try Vision Electronics once. You might also get a good deal on a tv along with extra 1 year of warranty.

A couple of months ago, we placed an order for a $2,000 laptop that they didn’t have in stock. After double and triple checking with the employee, we were assured that we could return the laptop if we changed our minds.
Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, weeks have passed and the laptop hasn’t come in. We decide to go in and cancel the order. It turns out the laptop is already in the store, but we weren’t contacted about it at any point.
Here’s where things go from bad to worse. Apparently the laptop is considered to be a “special order” and would not be eligible for a refund (“Don’t you read and check our return policy?”) When we made the purchase, not once did they tell us that a) it’s a special order and b) that it was a final sale. They insisted and assured us we could make returns.
Spoke to the manager and he claims the person who told us we could return ordered items are no longer working for them (how convenient).
I could overlook the fact that they’re refusing to process refund, but I am taking the time to write this review because the manager went above and beyond that to ridicule me, be condescending, rude, and unprofessional. They insinuated that it was our fault and that we were stupid and should have checked the return policy (against what your employee said, so you admit your employee lied?). Please please please do not give these people your hard earned money - they will straight up lie to your face to make the sale. Take your business elsewhere, you deserve better.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jamal (supervisor) and Steve (car stereo guru) who were absolutely fantastic! They have my loyalty after one visit. Phenomenal job Jamal and Steve! You made a first time customer a repeat one! See you again soon!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service in store. Reps were very helpful and knowledgable and did what they could for me to help me out. Why I'm giving 4 stars has to do with your delivery options. If I buy a TV online, I can get delivery for free where they drop it off. I had $2000 in 4 gift cards and couldn't use those online. I had to come in store. In store tells me there is an $83 shipping fee and they will set it up. I don't want them to set it up. I just need a truck to deliver it. I can set it up myself. Your online shipping options should be in line with your in-store shipping options. The TV I ordered was on back order anyways so you can ship from whatever warehouse just like online. Free Shipping should have been an option in store also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great displays that let you demo and compare audio quality between different configurations. It can be hard to find good retailers around the city with working demo units (this was the only one I came across).
Staff was great
Sales person was awesome. Professional, knew his stuff. Problem solver.
Great experience, highly recommend.

I have got an amazing deal across province of Ontario when I wanted to buy a new phone. I have got a smart watch in the deal upon the purchase. Would surely visit the store again for other products too.
