I hired Visionary Catering to supply a traditional Turkey dinner for my staff Christmas party. I've used other caterers and the Westin to provide the meal in the past but opted to give Visionary a try because of the good service they provided during the inquiry stage. Visionary delivered the food right on time, had every piece of equipment they needed, the food was the best we've ever had (majority of the staff went back for seconds), and Visionary picked up their equipment the next day right on schedule. And our meal was less expensive than in years past. I would highly recommend Visionary again and again.

We should have known from the moment that Lindsay (Director of Operations) almost no-showed our initial meeting, that we were in for disappointment. He won us over by showing his excitement and creativity for doing a fully vegan menu for our 120 person wedding. We waited over 4 weeks for a menu and quote (followed up many times over email/phone calls only to get responses that there were delays with vacations etc.). We were more than patient as we were asking for a full vegan menu and felt really excited at Lindsay's initial response to the challenge. On Sept 1 we received a menu and quote, which was for the incorrect number of people. No big deal, we responded almost immediately with a couple menu change requests and clarification on pricing for 120 vs. 60 people (assuming maybe there was cost decreases due to volume). Well to my shock and frustration, we never received a response. Imagine, you're stressing trying to plan a wedding during Covid and a vendor who is expecting upwards of $7k is ghosting you. It was so stressful having to follow up (via email + phone) to receive no response and have to start from scratch in your planning only 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. I would suggest for your sanity, you avoid this catering company. There are plenty of reputable businesses who would like your business and wish to make your life easier, less stressful and will give you the respect of simply answering your calls/emails.

From the beginning, planning during a pandemic, Lindsay was thoughtful, flexible and solution-oriented. He helped us find a package that worked within our budget and had innovative ideas to make it work. Throughout the year, with the ups and downs of Covid-19, Lindsay always called to check-in with us. He kept us up-to-date on any changes and made special arrangements to accommodate us. At the wedding, his staff were so great - constantly checking on the bridal party to make sure we had everything we needed. I had many friends and family not only compliment the food, but tell me how lovely Lindsay and team were. Amazing food, amazing service! Thank you so much for being a part of our big day.

We originally booked everything for our wedding prior to Covid and once Covid hit Lindsay communicated with us lots reassuring and informing us of what changes would be made. The day of the wedding the food went off without a hitch. Our grazing table and main meal was a huge hit- the food was absolutely delicious and the service from the staff was 5 star. We also used them for our bartending and many of our guests told us how amazing the bartender was. The precautions they took were amazing to make our guests feel safe . I cannot recommend Visionary enough to trust with your event. High end food and service at a reasonable, fair price.

Due to COVID restriction, we couldn’t dine out for a special occasion and most of the catering companies wouldn’t accommodate a catering dinner for 4 but Visionary did. Lindsay was amazing, very quick to response, made great recommendation and is super friendly! Food were delicious, meat were tender and juicy, salad was crisp and fresh, dessert was just amazing! They provided everything to ensure we have the best in home catering experience. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family! Thank you!

We hired Visionary and had the most wonderful correspondence with Lindsay right from the beginning. He is understanding, organized, and downright good at his job. He'll make sure that you know you are a valued client and his relaxed disposition really takes the stress off of wedding planning. We decided to forego catering, but even cancelling our catering with them was the most relaxed process. Lindsay even told me how happy he was for us (genuinely!). On top of everything, the food we did get to try in our tasting was so so delicious. If you are hoping to find the best, most understanding, and easiest to work with caterer in town, this is them.
