★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a pleasant experience with Punya @ Vision Vanities. She was knowledgeable, and very helpful with finding us a vanity and matching mirror that was in line w/ what we were looking for. She even through in a few odds and ends no charge which was nice.
There was a slight mix up with the colour choice of the countertop due to some apparent miscommunication over the phone, but this was after they were willing to have us take home a piece of counter slab to match it against our existing titles, and were willing to rework the counter to match what we wanted. :) I would recommend Vision to anyone looking at washroom vanities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vision has the best designs and colour combinations which I personally couldn’t find anywhere else… unfortunately my experience wasn’t consistent.
I bought one vanity with countertop and side splash that was fitting our main bathroom on the second floor, no issues.
However, I also purchased a custom vanity since in our master bathroom the vanity area was wall to wall (I needed the exact width of the area to be covered by the vanity / countertop). Here it was also a custom paint job for a black vanity so I did have to pay a hefty premium. When we picked up the vanity it was wrapped in plastic but later when it came to the install we unwrapped it and discovered a cut going along the top which damaged the one of the top drawers. We also had a countertop which had double edging on two out of three edges… for a wall to wall countertop this didn’t make sense and nor did I ask for double edging.
Anyways, it took a few trips back and forth but they were able to fix everything for me.
I hope they can figure out these QA issues, but if you want a nice vanity they’re probably the best option around the area.
